Masseria Partemio is a lovingly restored nobleman’s house dating back to 1753. She sits hidden among centenarian olive trees, where privacy and stillness abound.
Partemio breathes the past while offering a setting that is luxurious, yet carefree and unpretentious. The rooms and suites celebrate Puglia—its colours, textures, history, and warm-hearted people.

Our suites are set beneath majestic arches, featuring terrazzo floors, cozy seating areas, and warming fireplaces. Each room offers a king-sized bed (convertible into singles) with a premium mattress, sun-dried linen sheets, bathrobes and towels, and Aesop© toiletries.
Additional comforts include air conditioning, satellite Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, Nespresso© machine, and a first aid kit—everything you need for a stay that feels both refined and relaxed.
We welcome couples, singles and families with children over the age of 5. Pets allowed by exception and with a supplement
Suite No.1 Eleonora
Once the shepherd’s quarters, Eleonora is now a spacious, light-filled studio with a king-sized bed, a comfortable living area, and contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower. The original fireplace, used by shepherds since 1753, still stands at its heart.

Housed under two spectacular, light-filled arches, Dora is all style. This spacious studio features a king-sized bed, a contemporary, elegant living area with a fireplace, and a soft-toned bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Suite No.3 Nadal
Beneath two sun-lit arches, Nadal is a sanctuary of comfort and effortless charm. A place to rest and dream on a premium king-sized mattress, unwind in the intimate living room with fireplace, and sink into serenity in the contemporary bathroom.

Masseria & Interiors
Originally home to the Benedictine nuns of the Monastero delle Monache-Donne Benedettine della città di Oria, Partemio was once affiliated with the Knights of Malta – still honoured in the spectacular sky-blue vault of the living room, where the eight-pointed Star of Malta shines.
Her architecture is Neoclassical, with strong Palladian influence – most clearly seen in the four Tuscan columns at the front. The magical tower, with its Spanglo-Moorish flair, was added during Spanish rule, before the French arrived in 1806.
With so much layered history, our goal during restoration was to celebrate the grandiosity of the structure itself. We carefully selected reclaimed furnishings and local antiques to bring warmth and comfort – curated in harmony with the soul of the house.
Once an aristocratic residence, later a dairy farm and olive plantation run by nuns, Partemio today is a serene, elegant retreat—reborn for the modern traveller.

Puglia's abundant, organic produce inspires our ever-changing and surprising breakfast spread. Featuring locally sourced breads and fruits, yogurt, muesli, honey from our own hives, cold cuts and cheeses, freshly squeezed juices and a selection of coffee and tea.

We’re glad to arrange meals tailored to your preferences, with menus that vary and surprise each day. Just note, this is an optional service and not included in the daily rate.

Choose your favorite spot to dine — the Orangerie, the dining room, the piscinetta terrace, the Limonaio, or beneath the gentle shade of an olive tree. Every corner has its own charm, and the view always pairs well with whatever’s on your plate
Dinner Parties & Events
Our tables are communal, and our meals are informal and range from four to forty guests. We host food-centric events and trips to local markets, farms, and producers throughout the season, with advance notice.
For a more intimate experience, indulge in a private dinner party prepared by our in-house cook or a private chef, simply inform us of your desires.

II Torretto
Partemio’s Moorish tower becomes a rooftop bar at golden hour. Il Torretto is open daily for sunset sips and soft conversations. The house blushes in pink and orange hues, the tower becomes even more magnificent. Note to you: take pictures, make memories
Cortili
Experience the tranquil beauty of our courtyards and terraces, around and on top of the Masseria. Savor breakfast or dinner, sip on a refreshing drink, local wine, or delightful cocktail. These spaces are perfect for intimate moments or social gatherings, offering a serene escape to enjoy the stunning views and surroundings.
Piscinetta
The perfect place to cool-off and socialize in the summer heat. It doubles as a jacuzzi in the colder months. Nearby, the authentic acquaro has a seating area, inviting you to dine, read, relax or linger in the shade with friends.
Giardini
Our gardens are made for wandering. Morning or evening, stroll through the scents and sounds of the Puglian countryside. You’ll find baskets and booties in your room – take them, and meander at your own pace.
Uliveto
Partemio sits in an olive grove. We have hundreds of centuries-old Cellina di Nardo
olive trees, one of the oldest varietals in the region. The uliveto is a place to wander, rest, or dine beneath the branches. In summer, cicadas sing. In harvest season, you’re invited to join us in gathering the gold of Puglia.
Foresta di querce
The oak forest provides a shady and serene retreat from the summer heat. Several meditation rocks and shady spots invite you to do some stretching and yoga. Feel free to take the yoga mat from your room and practice your sun salutations at any time of day.
Vigneto
We’ve planted Susumaniello, a native Brindisi grape with character and depth. A ruby-red intense wine is produced with slighty rustic notes, where fruity-vegetable notes prevail. It’s a perfect accompaniment to tasty and full bodied first courses, grilled meats and medium matured cheeses.
Campo di lavanda
Lavender is one of Gustavo’s favorite scents and easily grows in the dry Mediterranean Puglian climate. The field provides an aromatic nectar for our honeybees. The lavender was planted to provide essential oils eventually to be used in our hand-made soaps and candles.

We are centrally located between Ostuni and Lecce and close to all the major sights of Puglia. We are 20 minutes from the International Airport in Brindisi and easily accessible from the highways that connect Brindisi to Taranto and Bari to Lecce.
